Tony Shoebox are an up and coming infectious Indie,
Rock and Pop quartet hailing from Port Glasgow, they
have been gigging solid since around December 2002 and
play in and around the Glasgow area on a regular basis.
The band are currently recording an
album, which, when released will be available to purchase
through the website. Their website is used as a major
marketing tool and receives record numbers of hits after
every gig.
The website was designed and created
using input from the band and the knowledge that it
should "stand out and be remembered". A Cascading
Style Sheet is incorporated to provide overall consistency
to the content; it also incorporates HTML and ASP.
The main aim of the website is to display photographs,
music samples and new gig announcements. A future aim
of the site is to be completely driven by a content
management system, meaning the band could update any
details themselves.
